Timothy Osborne
Our founder. Timothy started The OG in 2005 by designing interior and exterior landscapes throughout Brooklyn.
Timothy’s unwavering commitment to his community, his cultural fluency, natural curiosity and talent for human interaction has garnered the trust of real estate owners and developers around the world.
Timothy studied drafting and landscape design at the Atlanta College of Arts. He has led the company to become one of the most respected landscape design and build firms in the Tri-State and beyond.

Mufdi Siraji
Recognized and respected within New York’s “Green Space” sector — Mufdi’s leadership focuses on The OG’s Project Operations and Cost Management — as well as Business Development and Retention.
A native New Yorker and graduate of CUNY - New York City College of Technology; Mufdi’s extensive experience makes him the driving force behind The OG’s operational success.

Savannah Barlow
Savannah is responsible for accounting and financial analysis.
As a mother and business leader, she represents the greatest embodiment and aspiration of The OG’s workforce.
Her keen financial understanding and strategic analysis allows for the continual improvement of a business operating in an industry demanding constant calibration.
Savannah studied business management at Florida State College of Jacksonville

Ian Savage
Ian is responsible for the advancement and continual improvement of TOG’s day to day operations.
With over two decades of experience leading both brand content / communication marketing and construction teams; Ian’s natural curiosity makes him a subject matter expert and “jack of all trades.”
As a carpenter himself; Ian is an advocate for quality craftsmanship, skilled trades and is commitedt to sustainable practices, recycling and innovation.

Michael McDevitt
Michael leads The OG’s brand, corporate communications and overall marketing strategy.
Michael founded a successful boutique creative agency in 2000 and went on to build several successful enterprises spanning public art, documentary film and food & beverage.
Michael has 25 years of leadership experience within the fields of business orientation, brand creation and innovation, independent film production, interactive public art, academia, and entrepreneurship.

Tom Tinervin
Tom leads The OG’s business strategy and investor relations with sound operational and financial governance.
As a founder armed with a background in technology and years of participating in innovation accelerator programs; Tom understands the ingredients necessary for sustainable and repeatable results.
Tom is a fourth generation Brooklynite and is named after his great grandfather who had a refractory engineering business on Kane Street.
